ZB-99 boric ester coupling agent can be widely used in PVC PE PP PS etc resin material products and surface treatment of inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate、kaolin、talcum powder、mica powder、aluminum hydroxide、wollastonite、magnesium hydroxide、wood powder. Have high-affinity function with inorganic fillers,lead the material fully activation modification, stop and destroy inorganic reunion, help them more evenly dispersed into the polymer system. Because of these, can increase the amount of filler and get toughening and reinforcing the effect. Improve the compatibility of each part in the system, promote the plasticizing efficiency, reduce melt viscosity, raise processing fluidity, ultimately improve production efficiency. Instruction:
The additive can be directly added to the mixture, usage amount is 1%--2% of the amount of the inorganic filler. For the treatment of inorganic fillers, add 1% by weight of the filler and mix at 100 °C for 10-15 minutes at high speed.
