This agent are synthesized by special chemical processes with various functions, including coupling, activation, dispersion, and internal&external lubrication. Used for PVC PE PP PS etc resin material products and inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate、kaolin、talcum powder、white carbon black、aluminum hydroxide, simple to use and with obvious effect. Used for inorganic powder, will make the powder evenly dispersed, get better activation.
Using for rubber material directly, improve the compatibility of inorganic powder and resin, significantly increase the amount of inorganic filler added, no need to add other surfactants.
Instruction:
The additive can be directly added to the mixture, and the effect is better combined with the plasticizer, which can significantly improve the plasticization efficiency. Usage amount is 2%--3% of the amount of the inorganic filler.
