FS-79A is modified borate dispersant and coupling agent for rubber processing,main function is interface activation and evenly dispersed the rubber material composition.Not only improve the mixed smelting effect,but also raising the function of the vulcanized rubber and reduce the mooney viscosity of mixed rubber.
Function:
1.Reduce mooney viscosity,raising mixing efficiency,shorten the mixed smelting time,save time and power.
2.Help carbon black can dispersing better,improve the fluidity of rubber material.Make the surface of rubber product smooth without stomata,have good compactness.
3.Promote vulcanization and shorten positive vulcanization time
4.Improve the tear resistance and elongation at break level obviously,reduce the permanent deformation.
5.Improve wear resistance and fatigue resistance of rubber products.
6.Improve interface function between filler and macromolecule.
