This is a new type of polyamide heat stabilizer, its performance is superior to the traditional phenol / phosphite-based stabilizer, namely the mixture of hindered phenolic antioxidant and organic phosphite.

Phenolic Plus BRUGGOLEN TP-H1803 make up for the price difference between these mixtures and copper stabilizers.

It extends the thermal stability of polyamides to a peak temperature of 180 ° C, which is impossible for hindered phenolic antioxidants and organic phosphites.

Due to the high efficiency of Phenolic Plus, in order to achieve the same effect, a lower dose than conventional phenolic / phosphite mixtures may be required.

It provides BRUGGOLEN TP-H1803 in the form of dust-free particles. The particles are easy to measure and disperse, suitable for mixing and injection molding.
